  • Creo que la historia detrás de la canción es increíblemente profunda en comparación con la letra. Eve está tratando de retratar lo que puede ser sobrellevar la muerte de un ser cercano, cómo puede afectar a las personas y cómo lidiar con ella. En esta historia, Pink está tratando de lidiar con la muerte de Green de la mejor manera que puede, por eso lo vemos fumando al principio. Luego vemos que Green aparece de nuevo frente a Green y esto hace que Pink recuerde todos los momentos que vivió con Green. Podemos ver que ambos tienen cámaras y disfrutan tomando fotos, y esto es lo que los conecta a ambos cuando se encuentran por primera vez, podemos ver esta conexión cuando sus almas comienzan a volar una al lado de la otra. Green no estaba tan feliz cuando se conocieron por primera vez y Pink cambia esto al traer la fotografía y los buenos momentos a su vida, por eso ambos desarrollan una relación profunda entre ellos y ambos terminan felices.Pasan mucho tiempo juntos y pasa mucho tiempo, donde adquieren muchos recuerdos y emociones profundas el uno por el otro, lamentablemente podemos ver que Green empieza a enfermarse. Esta enfermedad mató a Green y Pink está teniendo dificultades para lidiar con ella, lo que hace que la depresión y la ira sean una gran parte de su vida porque ahora no tiene la que lo hizo más feliz. Luego vemos los recuerdos de Pink nuevamente, pero esta vez todos se desvanecen en su yo actual, dando la sensación de que no quiere recordar los buenos tiempos porque le duele. Pink luego va a "quemar" todos sus recuerdos con Green para intentar seguir adelante, pero esto termina lastimándolo mucho más haciéndolo caer en una oscura sensación de ira y depresión, sin ver la luz al final del túnel más, la luz es verde. Esta oscuridad lo consume por completo. Green lo llama en un último intento por erradicar esta oscuridad atrapada dentro de Pink, pero es inútil. Pink luego recuerda la cara de Green por un breve momento, esto automáticamente enciende la luz que necesitaba en su vida, pero todavía no puede aceptar el hecho de que Green se ha ido. Green luego gana el coraje y la determinación para cambiar la perspectiva de la vida de Pink a una mejor y va tras él. Green, con hasta el último rayo de luz que le queda, intenta llegar a Pink a tiempo antes de caer en la oscuridad total y tener éxito. Pink se despierta de la oscuridad y entra en un nuevo mundo de luz, un mundo en el que incluso si su mejor amigo se ha ido, aún puede seguir adelante y seguir viviendo. Green luego deja a Pink para que pueda seguir adelante con su vida y cumplir siempre la promesa. La promesa en este caso es que Pink sigue adelante con su vida y no se queda atascado con la muerte de Green, porque eso es lo que Green querría. Gracias a esta promesa, Pink ahora puede seguir haciendo lo que le encantaba hacer, lo que conectaba a Green y Pink, la fotografía. Sin la carga de la muerte de su amigo sobre el hombro de Pink, ahora puede disfrutar tanto de la vida como de la fotografía. Fui realmente en profundidad allí, pero el mensaje de Eve es tan fuerte como siempre.
